We use consistent, balanced meals with adequate calories, protein, carbohydrates, and key minerals to stabilize blood sugar, support thyroid and adrenal signaling, and turn digestion back on. Instead of restriction or elimination, this phase prioritizes nourishment, timing, and simplicity so the body can move out of survival mode. When energy is restored, digestion, motility, and stress resilience improve naturally.

Foundational Meal Plan + Drainage & Detox
What you're eating: The transition to the Foundational Meal Plan begins, shifting to three meals and one snack per day with higher protein, balanced carbohydrates, and expanded variety designed for real-life eating and long-term gut health. This plan builds on the Metabolic Reset, guiding your body smoothly into a more flexible, sustainable way of eating that continues to support digestion, metabolism, and energy.

Building Sustainable Routines
You’ll transition into the full Foundational Meal Plan—a balanced, macronutrient-supported approach designed to carry you through the remaining weeks of the reset while modeling how to eat for the long term. This week also focuses on solidifying the lifestyle habits that anchor energy, digestion, and gut healing, with an emphasis on establishing a consistent, supportive 24-hour circadian rhythm. Emphasizing meal timing, simple prep and planning, and building sustainable routines around mornings, movement, and sleep to reinforce digestion, energy, and long-term gut health.
